For now, they have been responsive abd agreed to a full refund. Little to no attempt to troubleshoot. I assume the problem was catastrophic. We'll see if money is actually returned. Waiting to receive unit back which I now have to uninstall, look for packaging and take to a FedEx drop-off station.
