my first time buying something like this i thought Walmart was the seller

The Canopy of the swing buckled and ruptured at the joint where it mounts onto the swing frame. Emailed the seller with all the details and pictures as per their request when I reached out to them. No response from them after this email. Followed up through Walmart customer service, and then I get the same email request from the seller asking for all the details, pictures (duplicate email) and then I responded to them providing all the required information. Again! no response after that.. Again I call Walmart customer service and get them email the seller for their response. Seller response was, for the third time "Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m sorry your item is damaged. In order for us to resolve this issue in a timely fashion, could you please provide us with photos of the problem? Not only will this allow us to provide our marketing team and our manufacturer with valuable information, but it will also help us determine the next steps in getting this issue resolved. I look forward to hearing from you so we can get this taken care of as quickly as possible." So FRUSTUATING to get the issue resolved. I would suggest "DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING JUNK FROM THIS SELLER"

No problems with the seller and I am enjoying the chair.

Prompt and properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

delivery took a week longer than I was originally told. no update from the courier

The house shipped quickly. The packaging if great, all was intact with no broken or missing pieces

Seller was amazing he changed my shipping date for me and responded to my concerns asap Great Seller and customer service

the tracking wasn't up to date it would say one day then go to another and another

item arrived quickly, was packaged well and had all pieces and instructions
