I think my cats would have liked it better if they used it as kitties and gotten used to it. As big cats, they’re staying away from it.

they delivered a 6000 btu and we ordered 10,000. i thought i could trust your company but i guess i was wrong, we are on disability what were we going to do, unhook it, return and wait another week to maybe get another.

It's better than I even expected it to be. I love it and it fits perfectly on my porch.

my first time buying something like this i thought Walmart was the seller

The Canopy of the swing buckled and ruptured at the joint where it mounts onto the swing frame. Emailed the seller with all the details and pictures as per their request when I reached out to them. No response from them after this email. Followed up through Walmart customer service, and then I get the same email request from the seller asking for all the details, pictures (duplicate email) and then I responded to them providing all the required information. Again! no response after that.. Again I call Walmart customer service and get them email the seller for their response. Seller response was, for the third time "Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m sorry your item is damaged. In order for us to resolve this issue in a timely fashion, could you please provide us with photos of the problem? Not only will this allow us to provide our marketing team and our manufacturer with valuable information, but it will also help us determine the next steps in getting this issue resolved. I look forward to hearing from you so we can get this taken care of as quickly as possible." So FRUSTUATING to get the issue resolved. I would suggest "DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING JUNK FROM THIS SELLER"

No problems with the seller and I am enjoying the chair.
