Beautiful Display, Blazing Fast, Awesome Features!

This laptop gave me a scare at first. After initial set up, you know, you enter your language, all of your email accounts, and any other info to set up windows and google accounts on your new computer, etc. So the laptop is up and running, after about 30 minutes the screen starts to flicker on and off. Then the laptop freezes. I have to do a hard shut down and power back up. It runs for a few minutes and does the same thing. So I get on my old laptop and research these issues for this laptop. It is recommended to download any and all updates that may be available for both Windows and MSI. So that's what I do. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes to download all the latest and most up to date software and drivers for this laptop. But that was all that was needed. The laptop now runs PERFECT! Beautiful Display, Blazing Fast Performance, and Awesome features! I am very pleased with this product now! Highly, Highly recommend this product! Just make sure with ANY new computer system, download all of the latest updates! Very important!

Ecstatic about my new computer

I bought an Acer Nitro 5 2 years ago and had to replace it, because after 2 years with that piece of junk I needed a computer that actually functions. After reading reviews, I felt pretty good about the MSI GE63 Raider and decided on this one because of its performance specs and affordability. I've been using it about a week now and could not be happier with my purchase. There is NO waiting whatsoever between apps and it cuts through games like soft butter. The picture had a multicolored keyboard and I wasn't sure if I would like it, but the keyboard is so much cooler than that. You can customize the keyboard lights. The default is waves of color that travel from one side to the other. You can also customize the color of each individual key if you wanted so let's say you wanted all the keys red, but a, s, w, d and the numkey pad white, you could. There are also other types of cool light shows you can program the keyboard to do. Believe it or not, the moving light is not that distracting while gaming, but can change it easily via the dragon app. On another note, restarting the computer takes mere seconds. From "off" it takes maybe 10 seconds to get the computer to fully running. Much less than the 10 minutes my Acer Nitro took :) The lid has has a nice brushed metal feel and the top of the lid also has lights that can be customized as well. Overall, an amazing computer that I am ecstatic about. Lastly, the computer was packaged very well. It was in a box that was in a box that was in another box and was in a thin sheath, also protected by plastic protectors on the keyboard and other external parts.

Amazing laptop

Amazing laptop worth every penny in the price and it powers through everything I play on it. I have heard train sim world is very demanding on graphics and have read reviews from people complaining about frame rates. well on this laptop its smooth and runs 70+ fps all the time on ultra graphics I could not be happier with this laptop. With the HDMI and USB C ports I was able to hook up a gaming monitor and sound system and really do not need my desktop any more for gaming and now I have the option to take the laptop anywhere I would strongly suggest this laptop you will not be let down
