This seller sold me a defective video game the game never worked I want a game that works, so my son is able to play it was for his birthday Walmart be responsible for the ppl you work with plz.

Ordered a Western Digital external hard drive from this company. This drive was represented as new. When attempting to register the product with Western Digital, they stated the drive was actually manufactured in 2019 and was not eligible for warranty coverage. If it was that old, it should have been clearly stated on the sale page. Notified seller Better-Buy through the Walmart website of the situation. No response from them. I won't be buying anything from them again.

Received the game within three days. And the game works well!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND KEEP THE ITEM IF RETURNED. The video output does not work. I bought three different cords that were NOT provided. I had this item for less than twenty four hours. I returned it to my local Walmart. The employees at guest service took everything out of the box to double check it. They processed my return. And now my return has been denied. Not only am I out of $600 but I don’t have the product either!! I’ve never had this happen. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
