Love the Piezano

This pizza cooker makes great pizza. I grab a fresh dough (not shell) from the grocers, cut in half and make a ball out of it and let it rerise. I form it into a shell on parchment paper (easier to put into the cooker) and put my toppings on and bake in the cooker until i can slip the parchment from underneath. It cooks it in about 5-10 minutes and rises to an airy crust around the edge. Everyone who tried it is impressed. I highly recommend the piezano pizza oven.

Looks strong, well made i can not wait to make my own pizzas, it even came with recipes...i can even use store bought pizzas , but.you need to defrost them first..i well cook out side on my porch, when it gets hot in Las Vegas, ..in the teens..and not use my oven..That was one of my purchases plan...stay cooler this summer...NO inside baking...and it came in 1 day as they promised..THANK YOU a happy customer..*

I really like using this!

Watch the YouTube video. It really helps so you don't burn your pizza I've been heating mine up at the recommended temp, but then turning down the heat on both upper and lower burners when ready to cook to prevent burns and uneven cooking. You will probably have to turn your pizza at least once while cooking to prevent one side from burning or cooking unevenly..no big deal though just open the top, give your pizza a half turn and close the lid. Easy..The pros of this thing is I don't have to wait for my oven to heat up (mine takes FOREVER) and you don't heat the house in the warmer months, and your pizza is done in like 6 minutes. The cons are you have to have set your frozen pizza out to thaw completely before cooking. So, there isnt any spontaneous late night frozen pizza cooking with this thing. Also it doesn't make very big pizzas so if you're cooking for multiple people or a big family the pizza done time will be about six minutes apart.
