Great Bike

It took awhile to get this bike, but happy with it. This was a gift for my disabled grandson who is not able to ride a two wheeled bike due to balance. He absolutely loves it. We were not able to adjust the shift on it, but it still works for him.

The bicycle seat has a major issue.

I adjusted the bike seat multiple times and it still moves when you sit on it, no matter how hard I tighten the adjustment.The bike seat is obviously not of the same quality as the rest of the bike. I'm hoping the vendor would send me a new, higher-quality seat that stays where I set it when I sit on it.Otherwise, it's a nice bike, but I can't ride it till the seat issue is rectified.

Frustrating.

I inflated the rear tires without incident after assembling the trike. When I inflated the front tire, the tube exploded at 40 pounds. I ordered two replacement tubes from you based on the specifications of the old tube (25/1.2 1.75), and I installed the new tube.I inflated it to 40 pounds and it exploded. I have discussed this with you and need your assistance in finding a solution. Please assist.Dunwoody, Neal
