This is finally what I was looking for. Yes it is supposed to be a cover-up hair dye for grays that are coming in, and around the hairline gray. I also am using this to color in my scalp where my hair parts. Because I have such thin hair, it separates when the wind blows. This works for that. It literally colors in anything on my hair, my head. This works better than those other products that look like lipstick that you twist up and color in your roots. This product does that also. Yes I like this. I definitely like this.
