If you have very small hands one size fits most doesn't apply. They are great protection from many gardening elements like roses sharp grasses and similar plants but are very long fingers. So they are hard for me to use but for the price and you have medium size hands I would say they are worth it. Just wish they came in sizes so we can choose

I bought these gloves after trimming bushes and scratching the shizzle out of my forearms. My short leather gloves had been pretty worn at that point but when I used them to continue pulling and trimming other brush from last year and my fingers went through a few tips I knew I needed to find something to replace them. These gloves being longer made sense because I need them for bushes, including rose, around the property. I'm 5'3 and I wear a ring size of 6 so my hands are pretty average. The medium are a little loose but I think they will be fine since they are long. The fabric is a little stiff and tightly woven. The face has a different harder fabric on it. Looking forward to gardening this summer and pruning my rose bushes without looking like I tried to cut my cat's nails.
