this has nothing to do with the seller, it was the delivery person. he left my package propped up against the door outside the entrance to a gated community and it was stolen. that to me is very unprofessional and he should not of left it outside the building, he should of tried to deliver it at a different time. this upset me and took time out of my day and inconvenienced me to have to rectify the problem. I needed the product and now I have to reorder it because I got a refund on it. so MUCH TIME WASTED!!
