It "Should" Work

Given the cost/price, this is not top-of-line Rustoleum; however, one gets what one pays for. Consequently, I suspect that this product will have a very thin base. Given my application, this quality "may" be an advantage. I must spray "inside" of 3/4" unplated steel tubing to "help" ensure that rust is forestalled. I expect to use regular Rustoleum, brush-on, on the outside, which, of course, is more accessible. Rust is unstoppable, but it can be slowed down. Hopefully, this paint/product will help.

I make a lot of wooden products and go through a lot of paint!! This paint is very affordable but does require a second coat because it is thin but I antique a lot of my products and this works out great for me!! I have only tried the white and it is white!! It's very affordable for the business that I am in!!
