I'm not impressed with the massage and heat features. The massage is very light even on the high setting, it can run up to 30 minutes. But disappointed in the heat feature. There really isn't any heat setting and it shuts off after 30 minutes when it takes 15 minutes to even feel the heat. The chair is comfy but the seat is a bit deep for a short person.
