I enjoy the massage and heat! Not enough filling in the back.. can feel the steal bar of the frame when sitting. Very uncomfortable but I'm going to try and add filling to the back! The manual pull is easy but can't push bottom in with my feet! The padding in bottom of seat and legs very comfortable. Not sure I would purchase again.
