Nice chairs when finished, not easy to assemble

Chairs are attractive and sturdy, but not easy to assemble. The tools that come with the chairs are worthless. The Allen wrench wore out after two chairs. So be sure to have your own tools of good quality. (an Allen wrench and a MM wrench for the nuts. We also had to make a pry tool from 2x2 wood to stretch the cloth part of the chair apart enough to put the attaching screws into place. Also, one of the plastic end covers was missing, emailed customer service and never heard back.
