great set of chairs for the price, both my husband and I are of average weight so not sure how long they would last if a person is a heavier weight. That said the chairs are very comfortable and plenty sturdy for us. Careful when putting together that everything is lining up correctly because one o f the sections was labeled in reverse and my husband had to redo it.
