I wish this came with a hard cover because the one that came with it sags when it rains. Other than that its a great buy and its works really well.

I really like this hot tub! I have owned three inflatables before this one, by Bestway. This one, by Wave is better in the following ways: It comes with a two year warranty on the pump/heater (instead of just a year like Bestway). It has seat cushions built in the floor. It is nearly completely silent while the pump is running. The pump/heater is inside the wall of the hot tub, all you see outside is a small remote pad for adjusting the settings. Way easier to empty. It feels like it’s higher quality. One thing I will complain about is the filter system. The filter for the Wave is the exact same size as Bestway, Coleman, etc. However, the Wave spa requires a special filter with threads on the inside - as it has to be screwed on to the tub itself. I don’t know yet if they are more expensive, but definitely not as easy to find. It’s not even a big deal, but worth mentioning. The wave spa I bought is the 4 person square shape. There is no way that four adults are fitting in this thing. I don’t ever have more than two in at a time, even that’s close. I’m glad I chose the Wave spa and I would recommend it to others. I should also mention that it shipped quickly and ended up arriving two days before it was supposed to. Full disclosure… I do work for Walmart Inc. I only mention that because it’s Walmart’s policy that I do. But it wasn’t a promotional deal or anything. I paid full price for the spa I’m reviewing.
