You get exactly what you are paying for. 3 pairs of nice neoprene-coated dumbbells with a rack on a flimsy side (do not try to move it much, and it'd fulfill its purpose perfectly). Quality - 10/10 (I consider rack as a bonus, not a mandatory feature for three pairs, so it doesn't matter here), value for money 10/10.
