I tried a roller like this one at the gym and wanted one of my own. This one is of excellent quality. I wanted it most for my back and it has lived up to its expectation. I bought this for my sister and her boyfriend as they both have back issues and it made the perfect inexpensive Christmas gift. I have one myself and has been a great substitute for the chiropractor and has saved me lots of $$$. It works great, is convenient and light to move around. I do recommend purchasing a book that shows you all the differents stretches and exercised you can doi with it.
