I heartily suggest these resistance bands in case you're in search of to workout at home. they are of great wiwireless, so you won't have to fear approximately them breaking or not having amusing. i like that each band has more than a few categorised on it so that you can be positive of the exact weight you're the use of. it's also a handy bag that makes storing it easy. And it is properly worth the charge.
