I was beyond impressed about how thoughtfully this item was packaged for shipment. I've been so used to receiving smashed and crumpled boxes that I didn't know what to think when this arrived with crisp corners and taped securely. It made opening the package almost magical! All of the bands were individually bagged and tucked neatly with the accessories in the mesh storage bag. I so appreciate the quality of these items and the attention to detail during construction. I anticipate this set of bands will last for a very long time.

Best resistance bands I've ever used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this kit! Having bands with different resistance weights is perfect for me and has helped me increase my strength. These bands have worked perfectly for me to use for my physical therapy exercises and for my workouts. I just take them out of the bag they came in, do my workout with the bands that correspond to where my strength level is at and then put them back in the bag when I'm done. It's so easy and the quality of the bands really is great!
