I ordered size XL and it does the job! The material is insanely durable and really sucks it all in. The band has silicone all around and stays in place. I work in a medical office so I'm up and down and bending and everything all day, have yet to have an issue with the band rolling down. I will say to size up if you don't like a super snug fit. Definitely hand wash/delicate wash and air dry them only. I noticed a slight shrinkage from one pair after accidentally throwing them in the dryer.
