This was honestly one of the most comfortable waist control items I have ever worn. It was easy to breathe in, but it definitely smoothed out the rolls in my mid section and worked great for the family photos that we took. I wore a sweater dress over it, which is kind of a thin material and you couldn't tell there's any seams or any rolls.
