This thing is great! The shaping aspect is compressive, but not so much that it creates bulges everywhere. I felt held in throughout my entire workout and never needed to adjust! The gusset is wide, which created some bunching for me, but that's better than it being too narrow (in my opinion)! These are a really great, affordable option.
