CAROTE 12-Piece Kitchen Knife Set, Stainless Steel Knife Set with Nonstick Creamic Coating, Taupe

I actually bought these because I thought they were ceramic and because they were so inexpensive it was just what i needed. Unfortunately they were metal with ceramic coating (salad ingredients should not be cut with a metal knife for a longer shelf life). however, these turned out to be much nice than i expected so i will keep them and look for another set for my lettuce 😀

OMGoodness, I've never had knives like these before, and the set I already have are Henckels. They're all serated and stainless steel, so I've never had to sharpen them in the nearly 21 years that I've owned them. This set, though, with the ceramic coating, is unbelievable in just the way they feel when you slice or dice something up. They're so smooth that you'd think you were slicing through a stick of soft butter, which is a testament to how sharp they are as well. They seem to be well-made and they're comfortable in your hand. I like that these have blade guards, too, not just because of the ceramic coating but because that prevents one way in which I could cut myself since I'm a klutz with essential tremor. If you're looking for a new knife set, then I highly recommend this one. I'm certainly happy with my purchase of them.
