Good comfy chair. Went together easily. Had all the pieces to it. Saw some reviews where the chair was banged up, smelled bad, and didn't go together well at all. Totally the opposite of my experience. Sometimes you just get a bad piece of furniture in. Mine had no scratches and I just had to do a little squeezing to get some of the parts together which is normal for some furniture. I had to do a little squeezing for the ottoman legs when I was screwing the pieces together which I have encountered with other furniture pieces but everything looks great and its all functional. The little wooden knob for the chair release goes onto a metal piece that has nut grooves on it so I was looking for a piece that went into the wooden knob for a few minutes. I don't think there is one. I held onto the metal lever and just wedged the wooden knob on and it sticks onto it just fine. Really wanted the white version of the chair but I settled for the coffee because of the price difference. I'm about 6'2" and this chair is comfortable. It is lower to the ground than a regular chair but this is a comfy reclining chair. Got it for my computer desk and I just grabbed on of those under the desk sliding keyboard things. Voila, low chair problem solved. Its very sturdy too and as long as you don't lean off the side it won't tip. It has a circular bottom so this is completely natural for a chair to do. It's not safe to be leaning off the edges of any chair though. I could definitely fall asleep in this chair and I spend 10plus hours at the computer a lot doing graphic design. This has nice padding and elbow room and you can easily kick back with a graphics tablet in your lap with your feet kicked up on the ottoman doing design work for hours. I only use the first two levels of adjustment because thats enough for me. The bottom of the back digs into my lower back if I lay it back any more than that. I'm sure once the chair has a few years under its belt the rest of the recline notches will become useful. If you get a bad chair just send it back and have them send you a new one, it happens. Mine was worth it.

I was having issues with my back and had a rocker-recliner that swiveled but it had lost it support. I found this one online and even though it doesn't rock, I like the style and the way it reclines and I found I don't need to rock, I need the support and comfort.
