The chair came exactly as described. Delivery was actually a day earlier than promised. Assembly was relatively easy although 2 people are needed to attached the back of the chair to the base. All parts were included. While it is not a "Stressless Chair" it works perfectly for me and the price makes it a great value. I am totally pleased with this chair.

very nice chair and ottoman
this chair is very nice quality we got another chair but had to return it this is a much better chair. it was easy to put together. very comfortable and soft leather. slides easily on the floor too. the ottoman is cushed very nicely too.
