The chair arrived quickly. It is already put together but extremely compressed, much like a memory foam mattress that is shipped. The zippered cover is a soft, furry material. The stars and moons are a smooth fabric with a slight texture. I purchased the light gray with glow in the dark moon and stars. The chair is attractive and very comfortable. Everyone loves the chair; babies, older kids, young adults, and the dogs! I have not had a chance to check the glow in the dark feature, but my main interest was to find a stable, comfortable chair for a young toddler. The fold out chaise feature is a big plus! I will now be searching for this in adult sizes! 😁
