Not what expected, not working properly.

I received them a few days ago, but I have been too busy to take out of the box. I finally got around to it at 9pm last night (6/13/25). The instructions say to do exactly what I did, remove from all packaging and wait one hour for it to inflate itself. It is now almost 10am the next morning (6/14/25) and they're still crumbled up and not normal. I've tried to fluff them up the best I can with the foam being so tough, and anything I can think of. I'll unfortunately have to return them soon. My kids are so upset, they were so excited.
