Arrived on time. Packaged nicely. It comes vacuum sealed, but the fluff time was seconds, not days. It was fully fluffed with no dents within seconds. This little kids couch is super cute, there was no real assembly required. getting it out of the wrapping was a pain but totally worth it, seeing my kids happy. My oldest son told me that it is comfortable and soft. I love that it came with the cute little star pillow. The fact it turns into a little bed. it's amazing for my youngest son who is almost two.
