I am disappointed that my product was due on the 10th. I had to move to the 11th and still pay the full delivery charge and my product did not arrive on the designated day. And when it got here the package was damaged. I know this would have been removed from the store shelves. I hope you are able to credit me back the delivery charge Thank you for your help with this matter

The sofa is suited for ages 1-3 because of the size. The dimensions are 23 inches long x 10 inches arm height. The sofa back is 15 inches tall. There is a slight chemical smell once removing it from the vacuum sealed bag. I brought it outside in the sun to air out for a few hours to rid the smell. After that, it was fine. The fabric is really soft, but a bit fragile. The pocket on the arm of the sofa came with two small rips where the pocket was sewed on. I reached out to the manufacturer who offered to replace it. However, I didn’t feel it was necessary. It’s easily mended with a little hand sewing. I just wanted the seller to be aware as other buyers may want replacements. I don’t consider it a deal breaker because of how much playtime this sofa is getting at my home. Overall, I think it’s worth buying at the reduced price point.
