Vizio Smart TV 21 "

This TV was purchased for me, a non-tech savvy older woman. By myself, I opened the box, tore off the packaging (very light weight TV), put it on the legs, set up the programs, and was able to even pick up local channels with a TV channel easier than the old TV that is not a smart TV. The only reason I did not use the screwdriver was because I did not have the right one, so my son did that part later (although I could have easily done it alone). I am a big Youtube user, so I was happy that I could either access it through the TV, or cast it from my Ipad. I may add a personal DVD player to it later on. I also was happy to see that I could access Amazon easily. My old TV did not have this kind of capability without buying an Amazon stick (which we did not have), but we had the Prime membership allowing free movies. SO many Internet programs are on this TV. I think there is something for all. I use it for exercise videos and movies, but if I am sick, I could see myself being a couch potato in this room and flipping through various options all day. $149 shipped. No broken pieces.

I was very pleased with the overall experience!! Product arrived in-store for pickup 3 days earlier than expected - pleasant surprise. The TV was very well packaged/protected in the box and was easy to set up. Good clear, crisp picture with clear instructions on setting it up the first time. Had it programmed and running within about 10 minutes. Excellent HDTV for a minimal cost!!

A bargain

Mostly used to tune and manage music in my shop/studio, this unit turned out to be a pleasant surprise for the money, and puts my former Dynex equivalent to shame. The picture quality is excellent, with a wide viewing angle, and the sound has an unexpected volume level and clarity that blows away my old Dynex. Since longevity is an unknown at this point, can't say I would invest in a 48" version of this brand, but honestly, this unit would be perfectly acceptable as the sole unit in a small home or apartment.
