Key item features

  • Plush Shag: This SAFAVIEH Supreme Charlton area rug features a solid plush polyester shag design, offering a soft and luxurious feel with a 1.5-inch pile height.
  • Quality Craftsmanship: Hand-tufted in India, the rug is constructed from 100% polyester with a cotton backing, enhancing its durability and structure.
  • Care Recommendations: Regular vacuuming (preferably without beater bars) and spot cleaning are recommended; professional cleaning is advised for stubborn stains, and rotating the rug every 3-6 months prevents uneven wear.
  • Furniture Protection: To prevent flattening of the piles, it is recommended to use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture.
  • Sunlight Avoidance: Direct sunlight should be avoided as it can cause the rug's colors to fade over time, preserving its aesthetic appeal.
  • Crease Management: Temporary creases from packing and shipping are normal and will recede; back-rolling or reverse rolling can expedite their flattening.
  • Stylistic Versatility: Part of the Supreme Shag Rug Collection, this light blue 5' x 8' rug offers a fashionable way to refresh a room with character and style, blending with contemporary decor.
