August Wi-Fi Smart Lock Matte Black

Got the lock a month ago. I like it but it still needs some fine tuning. It works for the most part. I have two concern that I feel can be addressed be a software update. 1 - I get notifications that WiFi is disconnected and reconnected. Seems to happen often. 2 - Auto Unlock is buggy. The lock doesn't always unlock when I arrive so I have to use my key. This is particularly annoying because I'll close the door and lock it manually. It eventually will detect my phone and unlock. But it's after I've already opened the door closed and locked it. Why this is annoying. I don't always hear it so, for a while I didn't realize my door was unlocked. At this point I'm going to deactivate the feature until an update is released. I like the lock. What I like best is you can't tell from outside that I have the door equipped with the lock.

Needed a lock that would allow me to remotely unlock the doors so visiting healthcare workers could take care of a sick relative while I was at work. I also preferred a Home Kit compatible lock. This lock was the perfect match. Install and setup were a breeze. My only complaint is that while the app is rock solid and control from the Home app and Siri works very well, the iPhone widget and Apple Watch app are not the most reliable. It would be a bit more convenient if those two worked more reliably.
