I am so happy I purchased this lock!! Super easy to install and program. Instruction book very easy to understand and they also provide valuable info via QR codes!! I also love the many different options to lock and unlock the door...key, code, fingerprint, fob, and switch. I purchased this lock to replace a Kwikset lock that was twice the cost, difficult to install and after replacing the batteries we couldn't get it to lock or unlock. I was delighted to throw that lock in the trash!! Buy this lock...you won't regret it! Also has a digital voice that tells you when the door is locked or unlocked...pretty cool!
