Ear pieces are soft rubber and the will not stay on the back of your ear , and other ones they send with the unit , are too small and they hurt your ear from wearing it , and they give you a headache. Otherwise it is a good unit, but they are android devices and will not work with a iPhone that is older like iPhone 7 Plus or 8 . Will not connect to iPhone 7 Plus . but works great in the newer iPhone versions 13 and up .

The microphone is better than others I have used, my wife cant hear any background noise while I am driving, A rating from her.
