This came a few hours earlier than expected it was actually a nice surprise I ordered it for my step mom she is picky for her blue tooth items she wanted it for calls but she got excited after she tried this i think she use it for other things like music too. The protective case is alright, the buttons are easy to figure out. When I opened it it needed charged, it charged fast (though it wasn't dead when arrived) the sound is clear and it stays on nice with usual ear pieces (mostly ear buds) they hurt your ear and fall out. I do recommend this because I thought/thinking of getting one for myself.
