this chair is fantabulous, what a great chair. i bought one 11 years ago. and had to get the new and upgraded model. an absolute must for me outstanding value and comfort. highly recommended, absolutely comfortable. Sert knocked rhis one outa the park. what a gem.

I bought this chair to replace the one I had for five years. This is the third chair that I bought to replace it and I'm happy to say this one is working out great. My old chair was also a Serta but the model was unfortunately discontinued so I had great hope with another Serta working out well. This chair doesn't have cheap plastic parts for the base and arms which is great since my husband is 6'5 220lbs. The leather isn't showing signs of wear/tear and it's comfortable to sit in with good support. My only complaint is it doesn't have a “recline” option like the old chair. This chair does lean back some don't get me wrong but the old one had a lock in feature once you leaned back that held it in that position. This chair you have to physically keep pressure back to have the chair lean back which is fine it just took some getting use to. I personally am to short at 5'1 to use this feature as my feet don't touch the ground firmly enough to keep the pressure needed for it but that's not a deal breaker for us as I rarely use the chair. Overall it's a nice chair, with easy to read instructions, it was easy to assemble and didn't take very long at all.
