The delivery was made a day earlier than originally promised. Received email to advise of early delivery. It was packaged well, easy to assemble. The chair itself was absolutely as shown on site. It's perfect for my needs. Its not too large which meets my needs. Its roomy enough to make most comfortable. The cushion could be a little softer but not an issue. The chair is attractive and looks great in its space.
