for some reason when I put my plants out in the summertime and I bring them back in in the fall I'm loaded with gnats they love my house plants for some reason and I can't stand those little bugs flying around they're like fruit flies they're so aggravating and these fly catchers work great I don't have to worry about putting chemicals in my plants or hurting my plants you just stick them in the plant the bugs get stuck on them and you just throw it all away I recommend them to anybody who's got the little gnats in their house.
