I purchased eggplant πŸ† for a reason., but of course the delivery drivers went OFF COURSE...so I will not be able to dip my eggplant in the pancake batter of my choice thoroughly seasoning the πŸ† and cutting them in round slices and frying them,... topping them off with my choice of πŸ₯ž pancake syrup. Yummy πŸ˜‹.
