Yaya Product Grade Book: A

( A) I purchased this potato to propagate in order to grow sweet potato vines. Most people shy away from using big chain store fruits and vegetables to root but I love the challenge. Its nothing like creating new life especially when you are doing it solely on instinct. Well time and care gave me an amazing result. I was able to root, sprout and grow my vines from this one potato. I am going to cut a couple of the shoots to root and plant to actually grow potatoes to harvest also. So whether you are purchasing to cook, root , plant, whatever; these potatoes are fresh with little to no preservative and a good quality produce

Good, fresh sweet potatoes for Fall!

I've had very good luck with sweet potatoes. I only buy one at a time, and they've always been large, in good condition, and not woody inside. The one that arrived last week was so big I only used half of it, then the other half the next day. The new crop must be in; it was so fresh there was only the peel to remove, not additional layers of white stuff (whatever that's called in a sweet potato). Good flavor too.
