I bought 3 very large Green Bell Peppers that along with myraid tomatoes 🍅 and a few onions 🌰, turned into an amazing Homemade Italian sauce (gravy) for my family's Lasagna! FYI.. I put the bell peppers in the green pepper in the food processor and cooked it along with caramelized onions then added ¼'d tomatoes.
