Dead and brown lettuce unacceptable

Why is it that whoever works/picks the order at the store level always seems to pick the lettuce that isn’t fresh and kind of brown at the bottom of the bag. I don’t like to complain, but the ones that fulfill the order at the store level need to get retrained. It’s not the drivers fault And I don’t like eating brown lettuce. Come on

love these salads. so convenient for a light dinnet or to add to our family meals. delicious , crispy and simple to put together, but i always try to use right away after delivery. They tend to turn wilt aftet a couple of days. when it first gets here it is gteat!

When the item is fresh and completely useable this is a five star purchase it saves times and usually delivers value but this time although Walmart shopper (great job shopper) made sure expiration date was good product had already started turning (see pics) the green leaves in dish is what I picked out of the package. This is an FYI .
