I am in love with this machine. I no longer want to buy the store bought ice creams with the huge ingredient lists. This machine makes soft serve/ wendys frosty style ice cream in 25 minutes. You can freeze your ice cream if you want a harder consistency. The basic recipes that come with the machine are simple, easy to follow and delicious! The machine can be a little loud, so I put it in my master bathroom to run if other people are home. Homemade ice cream is a delightful indulgence in our house now.

I am pretty impressed with this little machine. you can get soft creamy ice cream in about twenty minutes. so far we have only used 2 of the recipes in the book that was provided. And they were both wonderful. i look forward to trying to make slushies and sorbet. the key factor in using this machine is making certain that the the frozen core has been freezing for 24 hours. And that the ingredients you put in are already cold. it's pretty simple to use, dump in your ingredients and about five minutes before it's done.If you want candy pieces or fruit pieces, you place those in right through the top funnel
