I have made two batches of vanilla icecream so far, and I am really enjoying it. You can decide things like the milk to cream ratio, how many eggs to use for a custard, and how long to mix it for. My only complaint is that you can only make one batch in a sitting.

In no time at all, like 20-30 minutes, the ice cream is ready. It is fun for the whole family. The best part of all is that you know exactly what ingredients are in it.. Now we can make much healthier ice cream than we can buy in the stores. Read the labels and you will agree.
