Loved it

I bought the hammer drill to do some work in my basement I had tried to drill the holes was that a waste of time. I had used a Dewalt hammer drill in Trinidad on a mission trip and it was a good tool so I told the wife I am going to get one I finished the job in just a short time because of the speed and ease of using this great tool thank you Dewalt and made is the USA

My first hammer drill... And hammer it did!

I had attempted to drill some screws into the drywall right next to the door frame of my friends apartment. This is how learned these units built in the 80s had quite concrete everywhere close enough for the task. I actually had a brand new set of concrete bits I had never used, but when I tried I just wasnt getting quite enough drive to be effective. And this is when I learned about hammer drills. So a few hours and a trip to the store later, I was ready to make another attempt. Man, it was so satisfying after fumbling with a regular driver when this baby bore through like it was butter.... Maybe more like chunky peanut butter, but you get the idea My friends dad was so impressed he went and got the same exact one for himself the next day heh. But yeah this is awesome, you need one, you won't regret it!

It's a Hammerdrill

I have used this drill for a number of project/Jobs over the years, it does exactly what I need it to do, the only down side it that the cord will need to be replaced over time, the material becomes brittle and cracks(at least on my drill), electrical tape helped out in a pinch but the cord needs replacing.
