Bogs Men's Forge Steel Toe Waterproof Rubber Work Rain Boots * BLACK

I use this boot for winter operations at my fire department. We receive a lot of snow so this is great for snow removal and working outside. Easy on easy off and the feet stay dry. I do think they run about a half a size big. I normally wear 10.5 and ordered the 10s and they fit snug but great.

I purchased the boots for work due to extreme mud conditions and for safety on the work site and also the cold temperature conditions that fluctuate due to the work site is along the Monongahela river Pittsburgh Pa. The temperatures have been hovering around the 0 degree mark at the work site and at home in Butler County, Zelienople PA. for the last several days (+10 to -5). And at home yesterday , due to work called off due to low temperatures , I worked outside my home (1/30/19) (1/31/19) while wearing the Boggs forged steel toe boots, clearing snow from the home and driveway and miscellaneous clean up and after several hours my feet were still warm. My older muck boots (Artic Steel Toe) during the same time frame wood start to get colder. I like the tread on the Bogs for gripping and I like the easy slip on and the use of a regular sock to get the same performance as the muck boot with a thicker sock. Both boots I purchased as a size 10 and both fit about the same. I'll let you now on the comfort after wearing the boots for a full work day. * Also (Boggs) cost is less - My work associates are watching these boots closely. Thanks, Bill
