The first thing I noticed about these boots was the packaging; Vibrant yellow with black letters Herman Survivors. The boots themselves are very stylish looking and can be used to dress up or casually. They are made of genuine leather and still have the steel-toe function. The color and texture is also great because you can match it with many different styles of pants/jeans. My wife also really likes the look of them. They slip on and off easily, which is always nice. I got the opportunity to test them on different surfaces from wood, tile, grass, concrete. They have good traction on the bottoms, which is always a must for good boots. They also were surprisingly more comfortable on the foot bed area than I was expecting! They have good cushioning inside the insoles which makes them easy to wear for long periods of time. They are easy to clean off, if you ever get into a situation where there is a messy job you'll be using these for. All in all, these are great boots for style and price
