First of all, I was supposed to get the chair about 5 days after ordering it but I actually got it the next day…yay to that! Second, I would say it took me about 10 minutes to assemble it- it was super easy. And lastly, it's so comfortable. It 100% supports my back which I've started to have issues with, especially because I work from home and when I'm feeling lazy I walk myself to the door still in the chair because the wheels do not get stuck. I also love that I can recline back. I find myself just sitting in it long after I've clocked out. 10 out of 10!
