Outstanding customer service, packaging, early delivery and product. My Acer Nitro 5's motherboard died on me after 5 years of very hard labor. I used ChatGPT to track down the same model laptop and variant. The objective was to buy a new one and swap out the drives with mine as well as my RAM. ChatGPT listed this sale on the Walmart website as number one and most likely to work for a hardware transplant. I was watching this product for 3 weeks and the price stayed consistent and never went out of stock. Ordering it was simple and easy. It arrived with FedEx 3 days early. I was able to track it all the way and received clear and prompt notifications. I contacted the third party seller, Deal Catcher and asked them if they would package the laptop in an old box so it wouldn't look like a laptop. I was afraid FedEx might leave it in front of my office door if I wasn't there. The responded back quickly, thanked me and said they would. It did arrive in an old box and after opening it, everything was inside the box, nicely packed and sealed as you would expect. No damage or signs that it was thrown around. I opened the back lid of the new laptop, placed it next to my old one (as you see in the picture), and transferred my two SSD drives and 32 GB of DDR 4 RAM. The computer booted right up. During the boot the only surprise was a bios that updated itself because it detected new hardware. Then it completed the first boot with about 3 restarts, and I was able to log into my Windows and get back to work. Should also mention the insides of the laptop was super clean with no dust on the fans. It looked and smelled like it was just stamped out in the factory. All the parts were genuine. There was nothing swapped out for cheaper parts. No sign of wear inside from someone that opened it. Very happy.
