This is the second one i have purchased in the last 10 years and i still love this oven. I definitely recommend this oven. I cook cakes, casseroles, small hams and whole chickens in this. You can fit a 9x13 pan without handles in to this oven no problem.

Be careful roasting and possible platter

I wish I had been warned about splatter from any liquid in food. I used it for first time to make pork roast with potatoes, and ended up with big mess on walls and in baking pan. I was remembering some advice about not using tin foil, but I should have read more carefully as I should have lined baking pan and tented roast. My first try and I ended up with a big cleaning job. I would like have liked instructions to be more specific about what use of tin foil was acceptable and what was not. And what to clean with when you do get splatter and pan does get burnt-on juices.
