RUN! Don’t Walk…To purchase this appliance! We loved this appliance so much that we ran out and purchased another one to give to our son and daughter-in-law for the holidays! FINALLY – the appliance we have been waiting for! The Gourmia French Door 9 Slice Digital Toaster Oven Air Fryer with Convection Mode and 12 Cooking Functions in Stainless Steel is the last counter appliance you %26 I will ever need. I have been waiting for a larger all-in-one appliance with all the new bells and whistles that does not hog up counter space yet is big enough to roast a chicken for dinner. Actually this baby could probably roast a small turkey! They do not waste interior space since the back of the appliance is curved out providing some extra space – see picture. It fits perfectly under my upper kitchen cabinets and looks so slick on my counter! I like the control knob which allows you to easily toggle through the various cook settings easily which light up as you scroll through – a great added feature! One press then you can pick your temperature or shade and press again to set, then one more option on time then press again and you are all set. Love the look of the French doors that open together for easy access. Performance met and exceeded all my expectations. I used the convection roast setting to make stuffed acorn squash. I wanted to try a few recipes from the Recipe Book that was included and decided on the Cauliflower Cacio e Pepe and Crunchy Halibut w/Miso Honey Glaze so that I could make an entire dinner with the air fryer setting – Perfection! I toasted bagels this morning and they were crunchy on top while the bottom remained soft – love the bagel option which comes with varying shade selection too!! Only drawback is the exterior does get quite hot so be sure to set back on your counter where small children cannot reach. This appliance revolutionizes mealtimes. Not only does the Gourmia French Door will you be happily cooking, because this appliance makes it super easy too!
