It all came quiçkly, together with each item carefully wrapped and packed. Everything was there. Nuts, waskers and bolts in a shrink wrapped package. Assembly took about 2 hours, but I am 73 and by myself. Seems very sturdy and assembly very easy with instructions. Only in it a few minutes but very pleased. Most are priced over $250 this was $179. Very happy with purchase.

The end result is a decent quality, comfy, good looking glider for our new patio. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the missing part.
